My art background is the base I rely on for all of my creations. I've always had a liking for drawing and painting and decided to choose an art profile for my studies in upper secondary school, wich gave me a better understanding of realism and the oppurtunity to try out many different mediums and motives.
I enjoy a variety of styles, motives and mediums, but realistic- and surrealistic people and animals is where my heart lies. I feel the most at home with graphite and acrylics, though I've dabbled quite a lot in gouache, colored pencils and mixed media lately.
I like my drawings and paintings to communicate something - to convey a message, a feeling or a personality. To take an idea and try to express it through shapes and colors is one of my favourtite things to do.
